The topic of this blog seems to be the transition of analog to digital in Texas. The author states a few channels and what is happening with them as far as what channel they will be broadcasting from in the near future.

It seems believable enough to me that what he is stating is the truth. I have no questions in my mind about it. But the only real way to find out if it is true would be to look it up another way from a more credible source, i.e. a newspaper.
